The products are delivered in the mail Itella Economy collection packages. Once your order is processed and packaged, you will receive an email tracking code to track the shipment. You can follow the shipping flow at www.posti.fi. Once the package has arrived at your nearest post office, you will be informed via SMS on your mobile. Delivery time is approx. 2-4 business days.


SmartPost package with automatic delivery €4.50

The order sent through the SmartPost package automatic delivery will be delivered to the nearest parcel of the vending machine or to the mail and its arrival sent to the recipient's mobile phone. Once we have dealt with your order and payed it, you will receive an email sending ID that allows you to track the packet flow from the Web. The dense network of mail and the long service times of stores and shopping centers in the evenings and weekends ensure that the package can be picked up near when it is best suited for yourself. Get help with a text message when the package arrives. The package is a climate friendly mail Green-broadcast. Delivery time is approx. 2-4 business days.

 

Matkahuolto-Near parcel delivery costs €4.50 

We deliver all over €100 orders without shipping costs. Delivery time approx. 2-4 business days. 
Your subscription will be automatically delivered to the PostNord pickup point selected based on your postal code. The package can be picked up at about 1 100 pickup points in Finland: About 700 stores in Finland (Selection House, Siwa and Euromarket) and about 400 from the Matkahuolto office. If you receive a notification, you will need an ID to send a text message and retrieve it. The consignment is stored at a pickup point 14 days.

 

Prices include VAT, are valid in Finland, are confirmed and do not depend on the weight of the package. Normally if you order more than 100 euros we deliver your order for free. 

 

In product shipments, we use only ecological and recyclable packaging methods. When you get a package from us, it's easy to recycle and take care of our drafts. 

 

Matkahuolto-Delivery €10.00

You can also conveniently choose a travel service for your home delivery, which delivers the package directly to your doorstep. Price €10.00. Delivery time approx. 2-4 working days.
 

Retrieve from Store €0 
 

If you chose to retrieve from the store it is the price of €0. Fredrikinkatu movement is open on weekdays 10-18 and Saturdays 10-16. You will always receive a separate notification of our system when your order is picked up from the store. You will need your own ID or, if necessary, a proxy.

You can easily follow the course of your order by signing in with your own information in the "Account" section at the top of the online store. There you will also see all of your previous purchases and subscribing to our newsletter You can also earn quantity discounts. 

 

Returning products 

 

We firmly insist that the consumer is satisfied with our service from start to finish. Therefore, we will process the exchange, or return request by individual. You have a right of exchange and return of 14 days according to the Consumer protection law. The product to be returned must be unopened, unused and in a sales condition. The seals of cosmetic products must be intact.

 

If you wish to waive your order and have not yet placed your order on the trip, you will be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at info (at) ecobeautywellness. com.

 

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you have the right to send your order or part of it unused to us. The returned goods must reach us within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please contact us in advance if you need help or for more information about sending the package. We ask you to compress the products in a way that avoids damage. We also ask you to add a message why you return the goods. We will refund you the amount you paid for the returned goods within 14 days, including the shipping costs, from receiving the cancellation notice. Note! You cannot request an exchange or refund for a product that has already been opened. Please also note that if you leave your order without downloading, we will inherit any postage charges as well as the billing costs of the flex if you had selected a flex-bill as the payment method.

If the products you received are damaged or do not match the description, we will ask you to return these products within 14 days of receiving them. Then we offer you the exchange of products to another. 

 

For possible repayment, please provide us with your account number in IBAN format to info (at) ecobeautywellness. com. We will refund the total amount of the products to the account you have notified within two weeks after the products arrive at our warehouse.
