What is acne?
Acne is an inflammatory disease of the thalamus gland and the thalamus gland, usually affecting the face and torso with thalamus glands, inflamed pimples or even acne. Behind the window is increased sensitivity of talic glands to androgen hormone. Acne is one of the most common skin diseases and even eighty percent of young people have acne.
How's the acne coming?
Birth is the sum of many factors: increased hormone-based tallow secretion, clots due to tallow obstruction, increased levels of propionic bacteria in the skin and inflammation reaction. In particular, genetic factors influence the onset of acne's most difficult forms.
What other factors may influence acne onset?
Acne may worsen with hormonal contraception and anabolic steroids may cause severe acne. Nervous overexertion, depression, stress and stress cause hormonal changes; blood circulation is impaired, metabolism is impaired, and winter bleeding is increased. It is also possible that food, which rapidly increases blood sugar levels, can increase tallow separation and the clogging of the tallow holes.
Typical errors in acne homecare
The most common mistake is constant skin pinching. In addition, products and measures such as mechanical peeling that irritate and dry the skin should be avoided. Efficient treatment of acute requires commitment and daily treatment with appropriate therapeutic products.
Can acne be treated internally?
In a meta-analysis published in 2016, milk use would present up to four times the risk of acne eruption. The meta-analysis also concluded that the high-glycaemic doses diet may be related to the incidence of acne. (Zaenglein, etc.) 2016) High glycaemic index refers to carbohydrate feedingstuffs that increase blood glucose levels rapidly. An example of food with a high glycaemic index is white bread and other light cereal products. Ilander 2014.
Healthy lifestyles on all sides have a positive impact on acne treatment, e.g. managing stress can control adults. Acne therapy is demanding, but skin rewards patience in time. Good results require commitment to treatment programmes. All based on regular treatment routines.
About six months ago, we started a cosmetic acne dermatology study with our test subjects. The study was designed to monitor the effects of regular acne cosmetic treatment on the skin. The principles of window management are quite simple. Musculoskeletal obstructions in the skin must be mobilised, the tanning of the thallium must function unhindered, and bacterial infections must be prevented and treated.
Treatment is intended to:
- Normalisation of tanning
- Prevents frost clogging to pores
- Prevents comets from forming
- Prevents infection
- Improves skin circulation
- Maintains the skin surface soft
- Prevents scarring
Daily treatment of Acne aims to reduce skin fat, remove comets and prevent the spread of inflammation. Household care products during the study Dr Alkaitis Purifying Facial Cleanser, decontamination, Herbal Toner. Fluids. Soothing Gel. -serum and Treatment Oil Face-oil.
At the beginning of the study, subjects received more frequent facial treatments, approximately every two weeks. As the study progressed, treatment intervals increased from three weeks to one. The treatments were performed using Dr. Alkaitis'crude mechanics. The main therapeutic products were: Dr Alkaitiksen Universal Mask.Seaweed-based sedative mask and enzyme matrix Enzyme Exfoliator,Yeah. At the end of the treatment period, treatment was combined with high-frequency treatment, which disinfects and calms the skin.
Virpin's skin had become unclean and inflamed over the last few years. In cosmetics, Virpi had been able to get to know about six months before the study began. It had experienced partial relief in its skin problems following the transition to natural cosmetics. He had also tried antibiotic treatments for skin treatment before. Acne occurred at the beginning of treatment in the face, upper back and chest. At the beginning of the treatment period Virp's skin was simultaneously impure and significantly surface dry.
Virpin's skin experienced a significantly better period during the early summer period. The inflammation on of the skin had subsided, the tone of the skin was much smoother, and the flushing of the cheeks and nose had disappeared. Virpin upper back was also treated several times during the treatment period. At the end of the treatment period, facial skin had become more elastic and soft throughout. In particular, the face moisture balance had changed most positively.
"Akne has only begun as adults. In the past, I didn't really think much about skin care, but when the symptoms started, I started thinking about different products. I have tried many different products, many times the products were dryable, because I thought at first they would work best on the hands and dry away. At the beginning of the treatment period, I realized that my thinking was exactly the opposite of what my skin needed. Emilia taught me that excessive washing and drying products do not help my skin. Moisturizing products have now formed the basis of my skin care, my skin is smoother in terms of colour and drought, and there have been fewer new pollutants. Painful, and my skin is practically exploding after treatment. Now, after cleansing and facial care, my skin will be smoother, calmer and elastic. In addition, facial care is a wonderfully relaxing indulgence for all senses and an opportunity to stop in the middle of a busy life."
Cafer's skin had been contaminated for years and infected before the study started. Akne had started bothering me about six years ago. Natural cosmetics was a relatively new concept for Cafer, and in addition, thorough skin care at home or in a nursing home was not previously known. He had applied once for a year of medication for skin problems. Cafer also hoped that more attention would be paid to male skin care. At the beginning of the treatment period, acne was strictly facial.
At the beginning of the treatment period, Cafer's skin began to cleanse vigorously and new impurities rose to the skin surface, creating a slight despair for the treatment. The most significant change in Cafer's skin over the last six months was a significant reduction in inflammation. After the treatment period, the subcutaneous inflammatory impurities had calmed down and the skin was smoother and softer in the hands. For Cafer, the treatment of old lesions at home and in the nursing home is recommended as follow-up treatment.
"I would say a positive experience in all respects. I received many new tips on external skin treatment for internal treatment, dietary advice and the use of food supplements."
Acne itself is a complex skin disease and the sum of many different factors. Home and nursing care is one of the ways to relieve acne. The birth of the window is influenced, among other things, by heritage factors beyond our control. The incidence of acne, especially among young people, is very high. The incidence of adult acne has also increased recently. In the United States, 85%12-25-year-olds suffer from acne (Lynn, etc.). 2016). Acne is the eighth most commonly diagnosed disease worldwide. (Hay and others. 2010).
I believe that acne treatment requires multidisciplinary approaches in order to achieve long-term results. In future, greater multidisciplinary cooperation would probably benefit those suffering from acne.
